Object and Despair - "Caviartree" |

Sculpture

40cm x 70cm x 40cm

Mixed media

‘Object and Despair’ is a collection of objects copying, interpreting and quoting both high-end and low-end commodities. The originals were found amongst others in high-street shops or in natural history collections. The scaled, model sized versions miss the functions of the original objects, but aim to be exemplary for the aspirations associated to/with them.
